Indeed, embarking on the journey of building our dream home was a thrilling aspiration I held close to my heart as an ambitious girl dreaming about big things, and as a loving wife and mom looking for the best living for her family and dear ones. Our construction project was a rollercoaster of emotions and challenges. Blending, in one hand, the excitement of conception, design and magic of creativity, and in the other hand, the undeniable challenges that came with the technicalities of execution.
The joy that gave me the phase of conception was tremendous, the appointments with my architect were like a dance of creativity and magic, I was very excited conceiving room designs, choosing the wood types, envisioning the layout of the house in 3D.. But, as the foundation took shape, so did the challenges. The technical aspects of construction proved to be a mountain we had to climb, from unexpected expenses to the difficulties of technical stuff, every decision felt crucial. It was very difficult to balance between the envisioned design and the practical difficulties.. Between dream and reality !!
